Saturday, February 25th

Mardi Gras Big Easy Bites & Booze Tour Will Call 12pm-5pm
-vAssist with Will Call by checking in attendees, answering questions, selling tickets

Mardi Gras Big Easy Bites & Booze Tour Restaurant Concierges 12:30pm-5pm
– Assigned to each restaurant to pass out beads and make sure restaurants are not running out of food & drinks
– Each restaurant will be given 800 beads (Participants will collect beads and once they collect 10 they go to will call and receive the special bead for the exclusive after party)

Tuesday, February 28th

Entertainment Hospitality 9am-5pm
– To pack coolers during the day, deliver coolers to stages, and add ice

Parade Staging Area 2pm-10pm
– Assist Parade Manager in wrangling parade entries/floats

Dignitary Concierge 6:00pm-10:00pm
– Liaison to dignitaries to ensure they are treated like VIPs
– Escort dignitaries to cars and give beads and directions

VIP Greeters and Managers 5:00pm-11:30pm
– Oversee VIP area and greet VIP attendees

Stage Manager Assistants / Roving and Entertainment Managers 5:00pm-12am
– Assist Stage Managers with checking in DJs
– Assist Roving and Entertainment Managers with entertainment requests/needs

Mardi Gras Dinner Package Concierges 5pm-10pm
– Check on restaurants participating in dinner package program
– Ensure deliverables are met

Mardi Gras Restaurant and Bar VIP Program Liaison 6pm-12am
– Check on VIP restaurants/bars offering free drinks
– Ensure attendees are getting in and receiving drinks

Mardi Gras Greeters 4:30pm-11pm
– Front gate greeters as attendees walk in

Production Compound Assistant 4:30pm-11pm
– Assist Compound Manager with tasks/errands
